Introduction
Nickel Plating is the process of developing a thin layer of Nickel on the metal parts. It can be done by two methods, with the help of electrolysis and without. However, both ways have the same goal, making the parts super resistive to corrosion.
The nickel layer enhances the mechanical strength, hardness, wear resistance, lubricity, and ductility. After finishing with it, the surface also becomes brighter. Nickel plating is applicable in different materials, including Steel, aluminum, copper, and brass.
