In addition, by applying an appropriate finishing approach, we can also treat the hanging marks and other minor defects.

Which surface finishing choice is best for my project?

The end-user application and material type determine it.For example, zinc plating or anodizing may be the ideal option if your parts are used in outdoor environments. At the same time, for interior use, a basic painting would suffice. Furthermore, some surface finishing options are only applicable for specific types of material. For example, Anodizing is only applicable for aluminum and titanium.

Why As machined surface finish not suitable for all cases?

As machined surface finishing is not appropriate for all cases, the operating environment causes surface degradation. Also, it is highly risky for corrosion formation and not good for aesthetic purposes.
