We manufacture custom metal and plastic parts from bar or tube stock to the highest standards of quality and precision. We also provide CNC turning and milling, sheet metal fabrication, and injection molding.
What machining standards does your company follow?
Our CNC machining operations are certified under ISO 9001:2015 as verified by SGS, ensuring we adhere to globally recognized quality management standards. This certification confirms our commitment to consistently providing high-quality products and services that meet customer and regulatory requirements.
What industries do you serve?
We are involved with almost every industry imaginable. We serve aerospace, energy, medical, dental, automotive and many others.
Do you accept credit cards for payment?
Unfortunately, we now only accept wire transfers and PayPal. If you have any questions about payment methods, please feel free to contact our support team.
Can you help me engineer my part?
We offer design services to our clients, but it’s important to note that we don’t provide standalone design work for individual parts. Instead, we integrate design and subsequent production services. Each time we evaluate production for you, our engineers will conduct a free Design for Manufacturing (DFM) assessment. This ensures we can deliver our manufacturing services most efficiently and cost-effectively possible.
What information needed to quote a part?
Typically, we require three critical pieces of information to provide you with production and pricing assessments: production drawings (either 3D files or 2D drawings), quantity, and the materials used. If any specific surface treatments are needed, please specify these in your email or on the inquiry form. However, we will need 2d drawings annotated with critical tolerances and dimensional specifications for parts with special tolerance requirements to ensure our engineers fully understand your needs.
Overall, the required information revolves around your production project. If the information you provide sufficiently describes the parts or products you need manufactured, our engineers can then proceed with production and pricing assessments. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to contact us for more information.
What is the lead-time for prototype parts?
For simple production projects, our turnaround time can be as quick as 2-3 days. For standard projects, the typical lead time is 3-5 days. For complex or bulk projects, the timeline will depend on the specific requirements
What if the surface finish options ?
You can view our surface finishing options on the Surface Finishing Options page. Additionally, if you don’t find the specific surface treatment you need, please don’t hesitate to contact us for assistance. We’re here to help!

Prototype Development: Creating initial models for testing and validation.
Custom Finishing Options: Offering various surface treatments and finishes to enhance product performance and appearance.
These comprehensive services ensure that all client requirements are met, from initial concept to final production.
What machining standards and tolerances do you follow?
Our machining processes adhere to specific ISO standards to ensure quality and precision:
- For CNC Machining: We generally follow ISO 2768-M for tolerances, providing a balanced level of precision suitable for most mechanical parts.
- For Sheet Metal, Vacuum Casting Service, and Injection Molding, We apply ISO 2768-C, which addresses the typical tolerances for these fabrication processes.
These standards will be applied unless otherwise specified in the 2D engineering drawings. If a drawing specifies different tolerances, we will adhere to the customer’s requirements to ensure the product meets their needs.
How long does the machining process take?
The turnaround time can vary widely but generally ranges from 2 days to serval weeks. It depends on the part’s complexity, the material selected, and the production capacity. If you want to know the turnaround for your project, feel free to contact us!
What file formats are used for CNC machining
We typically require CAD files in STEP or IGES formats, which provide detailed 3D representations of the parts. However, please provide a detailed 2D drawing if you have a specific tolerance for the part’s feature.
When should I choose CNC machining over 3D printing?
Opt for CNC machining if you need durable, high-strength parts and are producing in larger quantities. 3D printing is better for intricate designs, rapid prototypes, and when less material strength is acceptable.
What are the main advantages of CNC Machining ?
CNC machining is highly accurate and produces parts with consistent quality. It’s efficient for medium to high volume production and can handle complex shapes with tight tolerances.
